I’m a true crime-obsessed, pants with pockets over dresses, sneakers over wedges, iced-drinks year-round preferring, documentary binging, can’t keep plants alive no matter how hard I try kind of person.
Over the past three years, I have been building a meaningful and stable career in the healthcare industry – one that has enabled me to explore creative projects and passions outside of my 9 to 5, not to mention comfort zone.
After years of sitting on the sidelines with the idea, I decided to launch Newfound Sense in 2023. It’s a place where you can find tips and strategies, how-to guides on how to build and stick to better habits that lead to positive gains, and a community of curious and forward-thinking people who want to become the best version of themselves.
